Call for Papers

Dear Scholars,

The APF Command and Staff College is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the Journal of APF Command and Staff College (JAPFCSC) Volume 8 (I), 2025. The journal is a multi-disciplinary peer-reviewed publication that welcomes research articles on a wide range of topics. The journal is committed to publishing high-quality research that is relevant to national security and national interest. All papers will be peer-reviewed (double-blind) by a panel of experts.

The deadline for submission of the manuscript is at the end of January, 2025. All papers must be submitted in MS Word format and should have 6000-9000 words (Research Articles); 3000 words (Book Review and Research Notes).  The papers should be written in APA style (7th Edition) and should follow the guidelines adopted by the journal.

We encourage and invite you to contribute your expertise and insights to our forthcoming issue. Your work will be an invaluable addition to our effort in production of knowledge. Your valuable contributions will help to shape the intellectual landscape in these critical domains which includes but not limited to, national and international security, national integration, national and international law, peace, development, planning, foreign policy, ecology, environment and climate change, disaster management, defense, and strategic studies.

Submission Guidelines:

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that it adheres to the following guidelines:

1.      Originality: Submissions should represent original research that has not been published elsewhere.

5.      Ethical Considerations: Authors are expected to abide by the ethical standards in writing research. Plagiarism or any other form of academic misconduct will not be accepted. Journal adheres to the policy of welcoming non-funded articles. Additionally, please include if there are any conflict of interest you have as an author.

6.      Submission: Manuscripts should be submitted through our online submission system (japfcsc@gmail.com).

Few areas are, but not limited to, national and international security, national integration, national and international law, peace, development, planning, foreign policy, ecology, environment and climate change, disaster management, defense, and strategic studies.

The journal welcomes research articles (6000-7000 words) with research note (approx. 3000 words), seminar report (approx. 3000 words) and book review (approx. 2000 words).
